- Review and Improve health services and infrastructure in the country
- Support to Education training and Development (formal and non-formal), including scholarship assistance
- Increased employment and work force, including Labour Mobility, and initiate a review of the impact of the Labour Mobility scheme, including economic reintegration.
- Continue with review of Tax Regimes and address revenue leakages.
- Review of SOE Act include Board appointments and their performances, and strengthen their roles and functions to ensure clarity is made in their mandate to implement government policy.
- Enhanced Rural Sustainable Development & Improved Service Delivery
- Facilitate initiatives to support the sustainable utilization of country’s Natural Resources -Fisheries, Tourism, Agriculture, Forestry and Mining to ensure resource owners get a fair return on their resources.
